For the first one hundred (100) URLs purchased by the User from and processed by pagePerfect, the User will receive a Money Back Guarantee under the following terms and conditions (collectively the “Guarantee”):

  1. Eligibility: The Guarantee is applicable only if the User purchased pagePerfect directly from Loud Interactive and fulfilled all other conditions outlined here and in the Terms & Conditions (incorporated herein by reference).
  2. Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, the User must request a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
  3. Refund Process: To claim a refund under the Guarantee, the User must follow these steps:
    1. Email our support team at [email protected] with the specific email subject of: REQUEST FOR REFUND within thirty (30) days and provide the purchase details.
    2. The support team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Refund Amount: Loud Interactive will process a refund for the original purchase price of $0.50 per URL (up to $50.00 USD).
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by Loud Interactive and the User.
  6. Rights: Upon requesting a refund, the User forfeits all rights to all content generated by pagePerfect correlated to the requested refund. This means that the User may not publish or replicate any of the content that User received for which the User is requesting a refund. Doing so will result in the Penalty outlined below.
  7. Penalty: Given that we have invested a lot of time and money into developing pagePerfect and are offering this Guarantee, we want to protect ourselves from users who may try to exploit the courtesy of this Guarantee. Therefore, if the User publishes any of the pagePerfect content delivered to the User for which the User requested and received a refund, the User will be liable to pay Loud Interactive one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD).
  8. Non-transferable: The Guarantee is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser of the pagePerfect.
  9. Limitations: Loud Interactive reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria or if it is suspected that the Guarantee is being misused or exploited.
  10. Modifications: Loud Interactive reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guarantee at any time without prior notice. However, any eligible refund requests made prior to the termination date will be honored according to the terms that were valid though the termination date.

By making a purchase from pagePerfect, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of the Money Back Guarantee and agree to abide by its terms conditions. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Illinois without regard to conflict of laws principles.
